Why should I report an Issue with NeuroNation - Brain Training?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Overall would highly recommend if you want to actually train new neural pathways in your brain.I wish there were more training for the formula exercise (I've tried to look online how to pick 2/5 numbers to equal a negative number and no luck, so I just don't know how to do it), and my only other critique would how in the word exercises, sometimes the combination of letters can be different than the assigned word, so it's frustrating to have it tell me I'm wrong! other than that it's awesome to play games and expand my brain at the same time!! (vs solitaire & candy crush lol)This app is very encouraging for anyone who has neurodivergence or ADHD or add it really helps to focus on the growth of the cerebellum.

2. Where's the world games? Or the star game where you have to avoid the asteroid thingys? Or the color game with the trampolines? All my favorite ones have been taken away and you can't choose what games you want.

3. It can get really hard but it keeps you going you keep feeling challenged and you just continue on and you have the option of staying with the same Pace or changing all I get this entertaining definitely have to make sure it's part of my routine.Not a bug fan of the updated version.

1. Fix NeuroNation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NeuroNation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NeuroNation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NeuroNation" » Open NeuroNation - Brain Training » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NeuroNation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NeuroNation - Brain Training app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NeuroNation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NeuroNation - Brain Training" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NeuroNation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NeuroNation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NeuroNation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NeuroNation then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NeuroNation not working

2. Fix NeuroNation Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NeuroNation be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NeuroNation not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NeuroNation may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
