1. Useful both for the beginner and the experienced.I love the interface of this app... and the voice guidance is really helpful in explaining meditation and mindfullness.. But i think the content is just to little.. There are only 30 sessions in this app, while in other app you can find tons of different guide on meditation( meditation for sick people, meditation to ease stress, etc) hopefully you'll develop more content in the futureA great start to learning to meditate.
2. I have an A5 2017 and restarting the app/phone doesn't fix it.This is a money racket! I thought it was free, and they truly wanted to help people! A tue healing gift as this app appears to demonstraight to be , like I said in appearance, should be shared for free, if in fact it was designed to help, but No! It's a gimic to obtain money! You should be ashamed for decieving people! Shame on you! A true gift is free, and you've squanddered it! Shame!I pair this with neuro nation brain training and have noticed a difference.
3. I selected a ten minute session and the narrators voice is deep and resonate, begins by setting the scene, then goes silence for Aprx 4 mins, and suddenly he comes back shocking your deep mediation, a pointless app that doesn't relax, but sets you up to jump. This app is wonderful.
4. Thanks NeuroNation for the suggestion! Ease is a wonderful app, I look forward to progressing through the exercises :)The layout, the methods and visual steps are fantastic.
5. He's got a soothing voice, just talking, instead of a lot of others I've tried thay try to sound hypnotic or spiritual or something.
6. There is a significant lack of pressure to adhere to a particular course or even to buy premium (making me personally feel far more willing to subscribe to be honest).
7. Every time I start to focus, the man starts to interupt by saying "you have to focus" while disturbing my focus.Great app.
8. The quick sessions every night are easy to stick to, and enjoyable as well (:Mind get quit if only you get quit.
9. The first ten sessions are free, then they want you to pay.
10. All in all, this app places meditation in the hands of the user, but provides freedom within it's supportive direction.
11. What I like about Ease is how relatable the voice is.
