About EduPage

1. Class teachers can also input absence notes or simply allow parents to send electronic absence notes directly from their mobile phones. Input the homework.

2. Teachers can input grades on mobile or in web interface, parents and students will see them in this mobile application.

3. If your school is not using EduPage, you can still use this application to input grades and homework.

4. If you add emails of your parents they will be able to use this same application to check what you have inputted.

5. Input curriculum for each lesson directly from your mobile.

6. Lesson plans can be used to simply pick the next topic. Input absent students.

EduPage Customer Insights

1. Laggy, not user friendly at all, loads a lot longer than it should, randomly closes, has messed up notifications, sends messages for so long you even forgot you've sent something, sometimes doesn't send them and you have to resend, randomly "forgets" you're connected to Wi-Fi... But I keep using it because I don't have any other option.Each day when the app opens, the first thing that runs out is the message where "New" is written in the yellow sun above and below it is written "Hooray! A new version is available.

2. Worst thing is... not even teachers know how to use this thing and I am constantly sick of not having free time because a teacher keeps sending me impossible to complete amounts of homework.In this new version, some features are missing.

3. Hopefully newer updates will be more user friendly especially the timetable view, where the user can change setting (vertical or horizontal).Well, its not really ok, it has *MAJOR* issues tho, cos it can't oppen a lot of files n so on, My advice is to not download this app, 😊, I'm telling you from experience.

4. The computer version is definitely better, so if you have a computer, I recommend using that instead.New updates was useless, and recent updates make it even worse! Not user friendly at all.

5. In desktop version, download timetable into PDF feature is removed for student, so I can't anymore download timetable into PC, only print that.

6. As student, I can't change timetable for my specific group, in old version before August it works perfectly.

7. The backend is also sometimes messy, like those errors that don't make sense (which are worse than Microsoft's).Edit: Most of the issues that I've listed below have been resolved (After the new update it's absolutely useless.

8. I'll point out an example; the Homeworks tab doesn't sync across clients, which means that the app keeps displaying homework that's marked as done in the "unfinished" category.

9. U cant even Access some old homeworks which is REALLY annoying when ever you want to revise or you mistakenly forgot to do it and it will be part of what is going to be recorded in your grade book and you didn't do it, its always very awful!!!😭😭😭😭It used to be extremely slow few months ago.

10. Back to this mobile app, the new timetable in this new version really sucks, in that old version everything is more transparent.

11. I can refer to my timetable much easier on the older version.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix EduPage Issues

1. Fix EduPage Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart EduPage: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the EduPage App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EduPage" » Open EduPage » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EduPage » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear EduPage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EduPage servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EduPage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check EduPage app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EduPage might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall EduPage. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EduPage then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EduPage not working


2. Fix EduPage Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EduPage be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EduPage not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EduPage may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
