Essential for tuning a Low G ukulele as the few apps I tried did not show the octave number.Easy to understand and super helpful, I was able to understand where I needed to be based off the scale and it was wonderful having it in front of me thank you so much!Really easy to understand, and it didnt make my strings pop!! It also made my ukelele sound good!! Really easy and functional plus the ads dont pop up a lot while tuningWas super upset that ukelele was out of tune so went to download an app tuner since i cant buy an actual tuner and all of them didnt work until i came a aross this one,super simple,and easy to tune now😁thanks a lot😊This app is very nice to tune Ukulele.

1. Fix Ukulele Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ukulele: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ukulele App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ukulele" » Open Ukulele - easy tune » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ukulele » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ukulele - easy tune app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ukulele servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ukulele - easy tune" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ukulele app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ukulele might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ukulele. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ukulele then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ukulele not working

2. Fix Ukulele Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ukulele be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ukulele not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ukulele may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
