Why should I report an Issue with FreeYourMusic - Easy Transfers?

1. Also, and this is the big thing...the title of my playlists transferred, but none of the songs were put into the playlists, and I paid the higher price JUST TO DO THAT! Ugh!!! If only Google Music wasn't ending! 🙁😕I had a few songs that didn't transfer, or the wrong artist.

2. It's great to have an app that allows me to transfer my purchased songs from Google Play music to Amazon Music, until it replaces several of the songs with some second-rate cover version that you don't want.

3. Any fix for this? otherwise I'll have to add damn near every song to my library with the right version, despite having paid for you guys to do it essentially...Most of my music transferred (about 40 out of 1500 songs didn't).

4. Can't find about 10% of my songs even though they are available both in Spotify and YT Music.Transfered 98% of my music library of 9400 songs from Spotify to Tidal without a hitch! It tells you the songs that didn't make the transfer, which is great.

5. About 60% of my songs transferred correctly, then the other 40 either didn't transfer at all or were replaced with a cover or in some cases a completely different song.

6. But other than that, if you want to cough up the 8.99 of course, it works really well.(Update) On my Spotify there's no explicit restrictions but almost everything that transferred to my Amazon music is saved as the clean versions.

7. Also not that if you have a long list of liked music on YouTube Music you wanted to transfer to Spotify... That is not a thing that this app can do.

8. Boooo! Fix it or give me my money back! Also... I want the time I wasted on this app back.If I'm paying for a service to swap music, it better actually choose the correct tracks.

9. When importing to youtube music, it seems to randomly choose between the actual song, a YouTube rip of the song, or just a completely different song entirely as youtube videos.

10. After writing this I realize that my Amazon Prime doesn't offer all the songs, so it matched similar songs.

11. Time will tell how many were inaccurate overall.Would be nice to know ahead of time it would cost to move more than just 100 songs.

1. Fix FreeYourMusic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FreeYourMusic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FreeYourMusic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FreeYourMusic" » Open FreeYourMusic - Easy Transfers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FreeYourMusic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FreeYourMusic - Easy Transfers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FreeYourMusic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FreeYourMusic - Easy Transfers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FreeYourMusic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FreeYourMusic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FreeYourMusic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FreeYourMusic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FreeYourMusic not working

2. Fix FreeYourMusic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FreeYourMusic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FreeYourMusic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FreeYourMusic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
