Why should I report an Issue with Easy EQ for Sonos?

The number 1 thing I recommend and need desperately is to add the option to have memorized presets (ie speaker groups and volumes for sports, movies, tv shows, and a button you can press when commercials come on to quickly lower the volume so you don't have to constantly be turning it up and down.Do you know your app doesn't work anymore.

2. I don't think I personally need the app but it is handy since im not able to control my sonos volume using my android volume buttons any more.

3. I love my Sonos system, but it's so complicated to adjust the sound using the Sonos app, I keep forgetting where the EQ is! Now basic adjustments are simplicity itself.

4. Would love a feature to also turn up or down sub apart from bass.This app doesnt connect to wifi that easily... ( waiting for device)causing a lot of frustration.. specially when u want to increase or decrease bass effectThis was the easiest hookup ever.

1. Fix Easy EQ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Easy EQ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Easy EQ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Easy EQ" » Open Easy EQ for Sonos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Easy EQ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Easy EQ for Sonos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Easy EQ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Easy EQ for Sonos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Easy EQ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Easy EQ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Easy EQ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Easy EQ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Easy EQ not working

2. Fix Easy EQ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Easy EQ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Easy EQ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Easy EQ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
