So I'm not sure but seems like the app loads all streams and not depends on which stream you need or watch right now.I don't know what changed in the last year, but broadcasts that used to be crystal clear, and still are on my laptop, now are full of halts and distortions in video and audio in the Android app, making the meetings unbearable.
