Moises Customer Insights
1. My workaround is downloading SpotiFlyer from F-Droid and saving locally first, which is a bit inconvenient.OMG THIS IS AMAZING!!!!!!!! I can hardly wait to upgrade to a subscription, as it is going to help me to learn to play so many songs that I love, on guitar...so much more effectively, and so much faster.
2. I'm a music performance and recording hobbyist, so this tool is very useful when i wanna play along with the band or sing with the track, muting or regulating volume for various parts as my mood dictates... & i can change the key! I'd still like to see a more robust instrument and vocal isolation.
3. Don't intend to keep it forever but would definitely consider paying a higher one-time amount vs monthly sub.I've looked for so many solutions to isolating song parts so I can hear them clearly as I continue on my guitar learning journey.
4. I've been looking for ways to delete or subdue the male vocals in order to substitute my female vocals.
5. I HOPE that the subscription version plays it in full :)This app is great.
6. I was mainly looking for an app that is able to create instrumentals of songs I like, it does that and so much more.
7. I have a bunch of my songs that were recorded some time ago with a full band.
8. You have to manually exit the song and tap on the next one, and loading is slow even if you've downloaded the tracks.
9. I kind of do, find that a bit mean and unfair, considering that not everyone cannot afford full subscription.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Moises Issues
1. Fix Moises Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Moises: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Moises App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Moises" » Open Moises: The Musician's AI App » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moises » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Moises: The Musician's AI App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moises servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moises: The Musician's AI App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Moises app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moises might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Moises. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moises then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moises not working
2. Fix Moises Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Moises be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Moises not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Moises may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello, please can you update this update sooner, (maybe in 20th june 2022 or 24th june 2022) to put in this app the option "add new stems" that means "add new musical instruments and sound effects I'm hearing by listening to my musics" besides existing instruments stems in this app so i will be able to add them (musical instruments I know among all existing musical instruments and all sound effects I am hearing by listening to my musics) and i want seriously this app moises recognizes perfectly, i say well perfectly and perfectly new stems (new instruments and sound effects I am hearing by listening to my musics) by putting small pictures of these instruments and small icon sound exactly like small pictures of existing instruments stems in this app. And For me I'm not hearing the complete bass guitar sound, i am just hearing the low-pitched sound and medium-pitched sound as if a real bass guitar contains only low-pitched sound and medium-pitched sound and mainly I'm not hearing very good the slap bass guitar, the sound quality is not very clear but after this update (20th or 24th june 2022) and next updates of each year, i want to.hear the complete bass guitar sound definitively, it means i want to hear the bass guitar from low-pitched sound to high-pitched sound definitively as if a real bassist played all the note of the Pythagorean scale from low-pitched sound to high-pitched sound and mainly i want to hear the complete slap bass guitar sound it means fhe slap bass guitar sound quality be the best best please. Do your best so that my project is successfully achieved / successfully realized. I want seriously this app recognizes perfectly added instruments and sound effects stems and the split of new stems contains illimited number of stems (more than 5 stems) so i will be able to remove them / split them as i want and export them as a maa file format or mp3 file format/ as separated tracks format or audio mixing format (pistes séparées ou mixage audio) and whatever the musics files and i want that the sound quality be high, very high, because if no i will be very sad !!!! if my project is not successfull
