1. Re-installed, problem is worse Sorry appApp is just terrible! It doesn't work and I've been trying to make a payment.

2. This seems to be a problem with relying on apps to handle bookings and rewards... The technology has to work and this one does not work.What is WRONG with this app? You log in, GET ERROR notice... then app options.

3. Also by some miracle our first check in went through but we don't which card it was on because there is no way to find that out nor is there a help line to contact for these issues.I had downloaded this app once a couple of months ago.

4. :(Worst app ever! It keeps giving an error message while trying to check in our reservation and won't tell us what's wrong and to just try again later.

1. Fix Westgate Resorts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Westgate Resorts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Westgate Resorts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Westgate Resorts" » Open Westgate Resorts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Westgate Resorts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Westgate Resorts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Westgate Resorts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Westgate Resorts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Westgate Resorts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Westgate Resorts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Westgate Resorts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Westgate Resorts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Westgate Resorts not working
