1. For example when you sign up, it asks for a date of birth where it is not possible to enter year, months and day separately... Guess what I had to flip through calendar picker month by month until I finally reached January 1st 1980 - that was a lot of clicks!!! On a page "Want more personalized experience" there is an option to opt out of targeted adds called "No thanks" but that is the only button that is disabled!!! Really? Nice touch!Needs improving as it's so frustrating to use.

2. Highly recommended.The app looks very nice and useful, but still I do not understand how to register tickets that have been bought before installing the app.Legoland, Castle Hotel and Lego House are amazing, staff very friendly, very clean.

3. Wasted time walking to a closed restaurant.Great app for quickly finding rides, getting wait times and locating food and toilets and refill stations.

4. For example, it would be nice if you could flag a ride that you want to check out and it would show up green on the map to optimize your visit.

5. Also, when you go to look at info for a ride, it tells you walk time, but you have to go to another page to get queue times.

6. One have to close the app and open again.service messages in app when a restaurant or activity is facing difficulties, would be a nice improvement.

7. Personal I would stay clear of both the app and the place.Works but there is no refresh button on queues since it loses internet connection.

8. Setting up your itinerary is a great idea but the app is so laggy you don't know if it's added the ride or not so you tap again only to find you've added it several times.

9. Sort it out,it's pathetic.App does not work in real time.

10. Even the parking pass doesn't read the barcode unless turned a specific way.

11. I did get some good info via Bluetooth.The worst user interface also it is not responsive.

1. Fix LEGOLAND Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LEGOLAND: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LEGOLAND App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LEGOLAND" » Open LEGOLAND® Billund Resort » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LEGOLAND » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LEGOLAND® Billund Resort app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LEGOLAND servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LEGOLAND® Billund Resort" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LEGOLAND app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LEGOLAND might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LEGOLAND. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LEGOLAND then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LEGOLAND not working

2. Fix LEGOLAND Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LEGOLAND be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LEGOLAND not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LEGOLAND may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
