1. What happen thier customer service team give a wrong trucking number to my order and off course again I have to follow up again and see where is the order.Useless app.
2. I have purchased from them some product first time the shipment was lost and I have to wait for 1 month and half to received my product after a long store of follow up.
3. It is honestly terrible and it kinda worries me about the quality of their products if they put so little effort into this "app"Dear customer I would like to take your attention to the bad experience I have with my protein.
4. I said again let me try to order and give a chance one more time.
5. This isn't a mobile app specifically designed for phones, it's more like a browser bookmark in your menu to their site.

It gets stuck at the login part.I ordered my suppliments from myprotein.ae paid with card got a confirmation for my order and expected delivery, then now I received an email saying that the prices had a mistake and they canceled the order after I paid, so now not only I have to wait for my money if am still interested I have to go in again and search for all the 9 products I ordered and go through all this again, this is totally unacceptable and really harm the image of myprotein.ae, that is totally not the way you fix a mistaHard to use your apps there are problems when I login and change app from ae to UK automaticallygood update but please add option remember login .
