1. 😂I have been using this app for a couple weeks now, and it was really good untill the sound went really slow on one of my edits and the video went fast, this was really annoying as its my favourite editing app.

2. But now whenever I try to edit a video now, the audio plays all wonky and the video goes fast, even if I try exporting it, it says "Error loading media" I even tried restarting my phone, then uninstalling and installing again.

3. Still won't work :( I'm quite sad but hopefully it's just a little glitch that can be fixed.This is the worst video editing app I've used so far.

4. When I selected the video, the preview vid around the middle/top of the screen was going fast and the audio was in slow motion.

5. It's like when I saved it from the app I went to my camera roll and it showed as of the video was deleted.

6. 😑 I tried many ways into adding 2 or more video's in one project, but it was final.

1. Fix VideoLeap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VideoLeap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VideoLeap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VideoLeap" » Open VideoLeap - Video Editor - Film Photo Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VideoLeap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VideoLeap - Video Editor - Film Photo Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VideoLeap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VideoLeap - Video Editor - Film Photo Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VideoLeap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VideoLeap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VideoLeap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VideoLeap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VideoLeap not working

2. Fix VideoLeap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VideoLeap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VideoLeap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VideoLeap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
