Why should I report an Issue with LogRide - Theme Park Database?

1. Ride on!It would be cool to see stats of all records like oldest coaster I've been on, tallest, fastest, longest, etc ALSO PLEASE FIX: Writing reviews of coasters in difficult because the keyboard covers up the text box!Best app for tracking coaster credits.

2. It's spelled "brakes."There only seems to be the ability to log whether you have or haven't ridden a ride; there doesn't seem to be a way to log the date you visited a park and rode those rides.

Thanks.Love this app, if you go to amusement parks occasionally or often, its fun to figure out which rides you've done in the past and then when you go to a amusement park, fair, or Water park, you check in and log your attractions as you go, if you want to go in detail you can log which seat you were on too.

4. Other than that minor complaint it is a brilliant app and is extremely useful to keep accurate record of your coaster count.Love this app! Really great way to keep tabs on what you've ridden.

5. Perfect for any coaster enthusiasts and log ride pro is extremely worth it! Before I subscribed I don't think I ever saw an ad on the app so these folks are worth supporting.

6. The only thing missing in my opinion is the ability to filter ride types and sort them by manufacturer.

8. As it stands, the features are nice but too simplistic to be worth paying a recurring subscription for.The app has always worked wonderfully and it's full of so many amazing features.

9. Example, I add the park, check in, then hit the specific rides plus symbol.

10. It should let me increase a ride each time but every time I hit plus it either increases the ride to 1, or decreases it to 0, never letting me go higher than 1.

1. Fix LogRide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LogRide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LogRide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LogRide" » Open LogRide - Theme Park Database » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LogRide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LogRide - Theme Park Database app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LogRide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LogRide - Theme Park Database" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LogRide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LogRide might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LogRide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LogRide then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LogRide not working

2. Fix LogRide Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LogRide be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LogRide not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LogRide may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
