1. Replaced P*rfect P*ano with this and won't go back! I would love it more if it had a widget for a quick keyboard access on my home screen (I don't have perfect pitch, and this would really help). If you are looking for an app that displays piano keys and nothing more this is it.
2. Good luck!Response to developer response: Yes I do have an example - Perfect Piano has a widget of a one octave keyboard that can be used on any android device home screens.
3. Perfect for practicing counterpoint to hear how it sounds.Exactly what I needed: a simple piano with a good sound and no discernable latency.
4. It's just a couple of gestures, I know, but I just want to play, without thinking about the phone.Lowering my rating because I wish there was an option to toggle sustain.
5. I'm only giving 4 stars as there doesn't seem to be a way to connect my Roland A49 keyboard automatically, without going onto the menu, choosing legacy mode and then selecting my keyboard by hand.
6. A simple way would be to put a toggle button at the bottom left (next to lock keyboard) or as an option in Settings>Keys (next to Enable auto-sustain).
7. I only wish the sound of the piano was a little deeper, since I have a lower voice.
8. I've just removed a competitor app that didn't sound as good as this one, but it was able to detect my A49.
9. Fit for ear training excercises on the go (obviously you don't learn how to play piano)Perfect app to help me write and work on songs while I'm away from home.
10. Crazy good for tapping out a quick melody.Works well without any problems.
11. Clean interface, low latency, and access to all standard MIDI sounds.
