1. I didn't use the English version, perhaps it needs to be improved in guidance according to others' comments!!!You can easily get scammed through Trendyol Yemek, avoid ordering food in it or at least never pay before order, pay on arrival whenever possible.

2. What's the point of me choosing for it to be delivered if it's going to stay at the pick up centre/branch and be returned eventually?😠 Apart from that, the ones that are eventually delivered have been accurate and in good condition.Finally it is not useful any more.

3. Just because I wasn't able to pick up my phone when the delivery guy came, they didn't agree to deliver again, refund me back my money, or at least return the food to the restaurant so I could go pick it up myself.

1. Fix Trendyol Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Trendyol: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Trendyol App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Trendyol" » Open Trendyol - Online Alışveriş » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Trendyol » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Trendyol - Online Alışveriş app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Trendyol servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Trendyol - Online Alışveriş" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Trendyol app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Trendyol might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Trendyol. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Trendyol then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Trendyol not working

2. Fix Trendyol Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Trendyol be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Trendyol not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Trendyol may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
