1. please fix it as soon as possible.love the app has even added more options for you to get free minutes or mb .A great choice.I don't know why it keeps stoping every time i use it...an also FunZone doesn't work...i used to like this app very much but now it is horrible.This is an excellent program and very usefull and it help everytime😍😍😘😘the best application was but it has become useless, they cheat that internet gifts are made for profit but the application does not work !! Nice lie 👽 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 yllin nball sa per emerhi telecom albania !! you are the best!! i hate vodafone , telecom is the best! thank you very much!!!!With the new update I can't understand anything going on there.

2. I suggest to make an option that user can exit app without logout and a biometric login option.Hey Telekom albania make updates more often because the application is really back in terms of optimization with my S9+ especially after the last update of 19-05-2019 it's not letting me recharge my phone.

3. You can't activate a monthly plan even if you have more than enough credit, saying "you don't have enough credit to activate this plan", etc etc.. Basically unreliable app,OR, designed such in purpose so you wouldn't be able to use the app "benefits" as advertised, but to go through operator or call at branches to pay the premium...When try to open app, there is always an error "no internet connection".

4. Terrible! It doesn't update on real time, you try to use some of the features in the app and account but says "you don't have an active plan" when you actually have.

5. And I wish you could fix it to make it more easy to understand because I'm lost.I don't know why but Funzone doesn't work.Give 'n' Take doesn't work too.But everything else works great.

6. You can not close the application without click exit and if want to return back, you must complete login form from beginning.

7. No biometrics login.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Telekom Issues

1. Fix My Telekom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Telekom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Telekom App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Telekom" » Open My Telekom » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Telekom » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Telekom app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Telekom servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Telekom" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Telekom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Telekom might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Telekom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Telekom then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Telekom not working


2. Fix My Telekom Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Telekom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Telekom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Telekom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have subscription in telekom romania and since i moved country i cannot contact them in any way and i cant cancel it. Now i paid to the date i should but i cant find the cancel subscription because its not in my language i need help please.
