1. • Több mobilnetre van szükséged?
1. Even my phone is connected to the network, it often says "make sure you are connected." Also, the phone number login seldom work (I'm sure it's not the problem with the app itself though.) Whenever I use this app, I feel like I'm in developing countries. It's a joke, can't install it on the device and can't buy extra internet outside of this app.
2. Even the former version has shown different details about my registered phone numbers, than Telekom web account... (two stars -for Telecom, not for this app-, but because I can reach my Telecom account with dektop)Generally I'm not rating any app but this one is ridiculous.
3. Avoid TelekomThe app is incredibly slow (no, it is not a network problem, all other apps using the net, work fine).
4. Well I also have a great advice for them: invest in resources to make it easy for users to use their horrible app.Excellent compared to Vodafone! Translations are available (Eng and Ukrainian!), but not everything is translated and not everything is translated well (hence, 4 star.
5. Unfortunately, professionalism is reduced by mixing ads into functionality, thus reducing the overall clarity.Slow as hell, always need to wait for the app install instead of a quick recharge over the net.
6. Why is there not one app that can be used by every country's T-Mobile division? Why do you have to reinvent the wheel in the most incompetent manner possible, the only thing you have to do is to translate an app from another division. In the last few days the app was always crashing on start.
7. Can you have a look at it? I've reinstalled and reseted it since and sent a report through the crash message (not to hurry you (ofc I know bugs aren't fixed immediately), but help with the crash log).
8. Even though I solved the problem myself, I appreciate the fast response of the developer.Incredibly irritating to use.
9. Disabling ipv6 routing on the wifi router solved the problem.
10. Ed ed: Turned out it was slow only through wifi router connected to modem.
11. Edit: Thanks for your answer, good luck with the fix and hope you'll continue to support Android 6.0 devices.
