In addition, bank virtual cards can't be used to buy fiks package, please consider this... without language support it is difficult to buy this package as the fields are not so clear and help is unavailable...1- if you have some money in your wallet in the app , and you want to buy an internet pack for 60 .
3. Istanbul is International place for business and others English service for non Turkish speaker is a challenge for this application.
4. Why is the app not developing???? where are your devs? why no one monitors application errors??English language support would be very much useful to understand the features of this app and to properly use it.
5. Also the latest version asks for your Turkish ID number buy doesnt recognise ikamet numbers... so i cant view multiple accounts from the same app.I got cheated by turkish telecom.
6. It happened at the Turk Telecom in Istanbul Sabiha Airport on 25.01.2023. At the Turk Telecom in Müdürlüğü (Istanbul) they wanted me to pay full price of 580 TL for a new simcard.
7. Still no option to pick a language like English which makes the next to useless for many people.
8. They have a (FIKS) packet that doesn't charge money from the card.
9. Then it gives an service error , so what the hell am supposed to do ? It happens multiple times , i have funds then it's just gone with no benefits.
10. Sometimes the application logs out of my account by itself and doesn't give a password when I try to log in again.
11. I would appreciate to add this language in order to meet customer needs.the app ALWAYS AND ALWAYS throws an error.
