Why should I report an Issue with PingMe - Second Phone Number?

I downloaded it, purchased 1 token for a phone number, but apparently that wasn't enough, so I go to purchase another token and the app says I have to wait 24hrs to purchase more? useless.Hello friends i am from India, i request you please don't trust this app it's just a froad .... Before we deposit mone its shows numbers are available but just after we add money ..... Numbers are unavailable..... And the main damage is they can't back your money ... Froaders can't refund, i don't know why playstore aprove that types of application.

2. And all other good reviews are paid..... And old ... From last 3-4 months this app just froading us....I downloaded this app in order to avoid giving my own number for a SMS verification code, then the first thing this app does is ask for my actual phone number to receive a verification code...lol. totally defeating the purpose of downloading the app in the first place.Not working! Added money and tested multiple phone numbers from multiple countries and services but never received a single SMS.

Moreover, got one of my accounts banned for too many phone confirmation attempts.Why you people mentioned that country which numbers are not available , i tryed many countries , it says there is no number available try again ....I emailed and you people said try Us phone number ,, It means only us phone number work ? Please solve this problem ,... Provide the the phone number you people mentioned in the list ..They charge 3 "coins" for a number for verification purposes, but only allow buying 2 "coins" at one time.

4. Stay away.Just loaded the app on my phoneI was ready to purchase some time, but it tells me there are no phone numbers available.

5. I deposited 20 dollars into the account and after long hours I was sent an email to refund the money because the time had elapsed (not my fault) then when I refunded the money I realized only 4 dollars had been refunded.

6. I've used a lot of phone number application but this app really convinced me to a greater extent.

7. Happy with my new usa number which allowed me to verify Paypal without any problem.This app is the best app so far, quick customer response to tends to our need.

8. I was shocked only to realize they charged me a 16 dollar refund fee.

1. Fix PingMe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PingMe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PingMe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PingMe" » Open PingMe - Second Phone Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PingMe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PingMe - Second Phone Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PingMe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PingMe - Second Phone Number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PingMe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PingMe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PingMe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PingMe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PingMe not working

2. Fix PingMe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PingMe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PingMe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PingMe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
