Why should I report an Issue with Hushed: US Second Phone Number?

1. I continued to insist for them to solve the issue so that I didn't lose the number, and go back to paying the service...yet they preferred to cancel than solving the issue...STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMI have grown to dislike this app over time.

5. Additionally, I just witnessed the app running in the background completely on its own, no phone calls, messages or settings that would have caused this to happen.

6. This has happened three times now, at this point I'm looking for another app.The service worked for like a week, until I had to purchase a yearly plan (which I did).

7. Not giving 5 stars yet, because I have no idea what caused it, and another similar app was working at same time on the same phone Earlier entry: Everything was working great.

8. I was able to cancel my subscription before with no problem, however, if I have issues with canceling my subscription this time, I will come back and give a bad review.

9. Two of my biggest issues is that as you use the app more and have many text conversations you can't even do simple things like search or filter your text message or call history.

1. Fix Hushed Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hushed: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hushed App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hushed" » Open Hushed: US Second Phone Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hushed » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hushed: US Second Phone Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hushed servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hushed: US Second Phone Number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hushed app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hushed might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hushed. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hushed then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hushed not working

2. Fix Hushed Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hushed be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hushed not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hushed may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
