1. A perfect business model - you collect orders, do nothing, then you cancel them, and then you charge the customer for a made-up thing they never even thought of doing.Literally the biggest scam, baits you with lower than local taxi prices but the waits are way longer than shown on the apps, it's impossible to reach your driver's through the app (the message button doesn't work), and they charge exorbant cancellation fees if you don't go through with the drive.

2. That pre-booked vehicle may never show up, even though I've booked a 24 hours in advance!! To the developers of this app: "the app should not tell you that a vehicle is only 2 minutes away unless the driver will accept it! Or you should have some kind of a disclaimer.

3. I have ordered twice, and on both occasions no one appeared anywhere within sight, with me first getting a message the driver had cancelled the order, later finding out I had been charged 5 Euro for cancelling - which I obviously did not do.

4. The app kept telling us that a taxi was on its way, and then (5-10 minutes after the reservation time) said that driver had cancelled.

5. The first driver I got purposely didn't show up to the proper pick up point, made us walk to him, running up the meter.

6. The driver this morning switched my app to a cash payment Last night, when I checked, it was set to card payment.

1. Fix FREENOW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FREENOW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FREENOW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FREENOW" » Open FREENOW - Taxi and more » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FREENOW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FREENOW - Taxi and more app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FREENOW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FREENOW - Taxi and more" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FREENOW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FREENOW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FREENOW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FREENOW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FREENOW not working

2. Fix FREENOW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FREENOW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FREENOW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FREENOW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
