1. My brother inserted his channel and all of a sudden he lost all his subscribers and Likes ! I don't know the reason and I'm requesting for help.It says to help us manage our channel but it won't even let me, I downloaded this app to see if it'll help me as a starter but it turned out useless, I am very disappointed 😠I loved this app too much but I am facing error in this app.

2. My youtube channel that i log in automatic logout for no reason.app is not showing any of data... after opening the app it's just lagging on a blank page..Sometimes this app is not working, just show a blank screen.Not a manager or anything.

1. Fix Channel Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Channel Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Channel Manager App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Channel Manager" » Open Channel Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Channel Manager » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Channel Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Channel Manager servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Channel Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Channel Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Channel Manager might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Channel Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Channel Manager then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Channel Manager not working

2. Fix Channel Manager Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Channel Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Channel Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Channel Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
