Why should I report an Issue with Sub4Sub -Get subscribers, views & like for channel?

If they fix this, everything would be amazing!!!i used this app for a month and it worked and helped much, but then, around 3 days ago and still now, i didn't receive 640 coins though i watched and liked the videos, pleaee fix this problem, it only wasted my time! Under 640 coins still could be received but not for 640.

2. Now: 1) I don't get the number of campaigns I make and barely manage to get views at all yet I loose all coins used for the campaign 2) I cannot log into the other accounts I use on my phone on this app... Bad! Everything good about this new version is crappy.

5. But the only issue I have found so far with this app is that I've lost nearly 7 subs and there is this text message that displays when youre about to sub to some channels it says ' If we find any channel unsubbed you'll be blocked.

6. Thirdly, in-app video ads are too irritating and appers after every view, it forces me to uninstall this app.Terrible! Been using the old version till I was prompted to update which reinstalled a new one.

7. But I've lost nearly 7 people and I don't think this happened on their intention either so please I would like this app to have the ability to show the specific user the issueCoins keeps on deducting, even when i have followed all conditions by the app.

1. Fix Sub4Sub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sub4Sub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sub4Sub App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sub4Sub" » Open Sub4Sub -Get subscribers, views & like for channel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sub4Sub » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sub4Sub -Get subscribers, views & like for channel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sub4Sub servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sub4Sub -Get subscribers, views & like for channel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sub4Sub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sub4Sub might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sub4Sub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sub4Sub then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sub4Sub not working

2. Fix Sub4Sub Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sub4Sub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sub4Sub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sub4Sub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
