Fix the app or stop requiring field techs to use it.So many errors with check-in or attachments and you don't even know that it doesn't work until you get a claim denied!Horrible service,horrible in every aspect imaginable.I have been forced to use due to the client but would never recommend any business to use.Ive had several problems over the years and the support line is useless.
2. Deleted and reinstalled, cleared cache on device.I cannot upload pictures from the library when creating a work order.
3. Not sure how this managed to get so brokenApp always says I'm out of GPS range (with location data on), customer service/assistance line never picks up the phone, and wait times are atrocious.
4. Since the last update, tech has been unable to upload pictures to any of the workorders.
5. Anytime you try to upload more than 1 photo it times outThe latest update has made it to where I cannot chose the location type of repair, etc.
6. This is the most important thing for my corporate office to have, and the app will not allow me to add the pictures.Scanning assets doesnt work on Android.
7. Won't let me upload pictures to notes saying "not all functionality will be available without requested permissions" even though I've allowed all permissions.
