Why should I report an Issue with Andronix - Linux on Android?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Techriz to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Beware that the app doesn't actually do anything useful by itself.The App itself only provides sh commands to install the required software, but everything else is done on the 3rd party app build that is not even on play store.

2. Very disappointed that the paid product doesn't work but the free one does.

3. Paid version doesn't even install what it claims to (KDE installer gives Xfce ??!).

4. ADD: I was also able to install andronix, LAMP on Galaxy tab s5e, Android 11 no problems although mysql has to run on another port (3307)Avoid Andronix.

8. BTW, "BVNC free" is what I used from play store that allowed a full screen DeX experience.Extreamly disappointed.

10. This is bad practice.No support at all message says we normally get back with you within 5 hours, May 17th a report was made and I got message saying "Thank you for reaching out to us @ Andronix.

1. Fix Andronix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Andronix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Andronix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Andronix" » Open Andronix - Linux on Android » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Andronix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Andronix - Linux on Android app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Andronix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Andronix - Linux on Android" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Andronix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Andronix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Andronix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Andronix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Andronix not working

2. Fix Andronix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Andronix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Andronix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Andronix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
