1. I spent money on this app and don't believe it was worth it.Just started learning to count from 1 to 10 and its pretty damn chalenging but I love Japan and your language,and I will continue using this app cos I only speak serbian and english,but there arent so many people that know japanese.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simply Learn Japanese » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simply Learn Japanese app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simply Learn Japanese servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simply Learn Japanese" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simply Learn Japanese app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simply Learn Japanese might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simply Learn Japanese. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simply Learn Japanese then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simply Learn Japanese not working
