• It keeps telling me wrong email/password and doesn't give me the option to use another one. When I try to change the password it sends me a password to use with all jumbled up letters and numbers. Is this a correct method? Never seen this before.

• As much as I have enjoyed this app I am very disappointed in the developers for not doing their job. On my old phone I had cashed out twice then my phone was stolen so I got a new one. I downloaded Cashyy again because I had been super pleased that I had been able to cash out and the variety of games. Sadly this time when I downloaded Cashyy it stoped working as it should. I can still download games it still gives me my points but when I attempt to cash out it continuously says "waiting for verification" I have checked double checked and triple checked that I have entered the correct email address for PayPal, I have done the face verification ( tho it may not have been in the best lighting) I have sent multiple emails to customer service from the Cashyy app. I received the same email word for word each time I have inquired about how to fix not being able to cash out.

  When I respond explaining in detail what the issue is I then get no response back or a solution.
  
  If Cashyy won't fix this problem I'd like to know so I can stop wasting my time.
  
  
  Fortunately I have found a few other apps similar to Cashyy that actually pay out with out problems. They are as follows: JustPlay- slow and time consuming to earn points but still cashes out, Current also known as Mode- I have cashed out over 40 this month alone. With little effort put in to doing so. ( I'm sure if I put more effort and time in to this app I could easily pull at least $100 from Mode monthly. Cash'em All- good verity of games to chose from to earn points. MoneyWell- think this one is so far my favorite quickly and easily earn points to exchange for money payouts.
