1. ■ The screenshot of App should in the chosen language, not Arabic.Alhamdulillah, and Barak Allah feek Amalik wa ilmik wa Awqatik for making this App .... But it's a regret , or maybe I don't know how to use it ... It doesn't keep 'on' reciting multiple times by itself ... Each time I've to press the button ✅ to listen to the durood ...kindly share more Options for "repeated recital of durood " & also recital continuously even if using other Apps or mobile is not in use but Open /On... means if screen-time-out .... Or kindly guide me to use it, maybe Iam wrongThis app is outstanding,wonderful and easly connect to heart.... But one thing is disappointed in the application.

3. If you clear recent apps it will not work unless you open the app again....JazakAllah Khair Please add app sharing option so that it becomes easier to share it with others.

5. Overall its quite impressive 🙂 but it contains a small bug, when you are using counter if you rotate you phone in landscape or vice-versa then counter gets starts automatically from 0(zero).

6. Also, please rename the app to "Alshafee الشفیع " so that it is easily searchable in Store because many people cannot type Arabic on their mobiles.

7. There should be something like the app should be open by notification (because many people do clear all apps always).

8. I've never found any mistake in it.And the best thing is when ever I unlock or turn on my phone it says durood and I repeat after it.

9. It has so many adhkaars and Quranic prayar alot of which I've memorized now by reciting those daily.I heartedly suggest you to download this app.

1. Fix Al-Shafie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Al-Shafie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Al-Shafie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Al-Shafie" » Open Al-Shafie » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Al-Shafie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Al-Shafie app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Al-Shafie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Al-Shafie" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Al-Shafie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Al-Shafie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Al-Shafie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Al-Shafie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Al-Shafie not working

2. Fix Al-Shafie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Al-Shafie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Al-Shafie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Al-Shafie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
