1. I like switching things up and often go to other sleep apps to try them, but ALWAYS come back to this one.Kind of helped to improve my sleep and I sometimes feel fit when I wake up but I got one problem: even though there is a 30 min gap, if I go to sleep at the wrong time I can't wake up at all.
2. Highly recommended, can't hurt to try it out.The best sleep cycle app! I wake up feeling so rested and energetic.
3. I read somewhere that sleeping in cycles makes sure that you wake up fresh and on time so i searched on playstore and this app popped up.
4. I love how it adds the amount of time it takes for me to go to sleep within the sleep cycle calculation.
5. I started using this a few weeks ago and I've been getting up earlier but feeling more refreshed, alert and energised than I have in a long time.
6. I've even started waking up before an alarm, minutes from the time this app told me to set it.
7. My personal suggestion - set timer 10 mins later what the app is showing as you need atleast 10 mins to sleep if you lay down.I didn't realise this app is abandoned because its always worked well for me.
8. When i first downloaded it i wouldn't show my alarm app: Alarm Clock Beyond but apparently that was their fault as it now does show.
9. It claims that 5 hours are 6 hours (???), and when I hit the "add alarm" button, it ignores my chosen bedtime and sets the alarm as if I were going to bed right now.
10. Needless to say, I haven't missed a single alarm since I started using it.
11. Tip for improvement: settings for a time zone or follow phone time.
