I like switching things up and often go to other sleep apps to try them, but ALWAYS come back to this one.Kind of helped to improve my sleep and I sometimes feel fit when I wake up but I got one problem: even though there is a 30 min gap, if I go to sleep at the wrong time I can't wake up at all.

9. It claims that 5 hours are 6 hours (???), and when I hit the "add alarm" button, it ignores my chosen bedtime and sets the alarm as if I were going to bed right now.

10. Needless to say, I haven't missed a single alarm since I started using it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Sleep Time Issues

1. Fix Sleep Time Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Sleep Time: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Sleep Time App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sleep Time" » Open Sleep Time - Alarm Calculator » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sleep Time » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Sleep Time - Alarm Calculator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sleep Time servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sleep Time - Alarm Calculator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Sleep Time app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sleep Time might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Sleep Time. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sleep Time then reinstall.

  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sleep Time may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
