1. Works well on Amazon Fire 7 2019, Android 9 (Fire OS 7) with same version of google play services as on the Fire 8 tablet.This app doesn't work in the UK... I wish I could at least be able to pay for the services but no ops available! Rubbish...I am really disappointed by RTVE play because there is no any service about translating series into English i mean subtitle, i have watched águila Roja and I'm in episode 70 there is no sub Also i have watched estoy vivo I finished season one sub in another app But again i am done with sub It's boring that RTVE devlopers don't consider those who don't know EnglishIt's a good app that gives you access to a decent selection of video files.

Examples:not available in this region (Not true), episodio not avable (try later), descargas don't function as expected, And last but not least,just a few episodes before the final conclusion of the series I get the message that I need a subscription... I hope that this message reaches the right person in charge paid by Europe.12/06/23 Latest version still says I need the latest version of google play services, which is already installed, on Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus 2022, Android 11 (Fire OS 8).

One thing I'm missing is for the app to remember the episodes I've seen for the series marked as favorite, and for them to be available from main screen (in oppose to the necessity of navigating to the favorite tab).What has two thumbs and won't use this app because content cannot be played in its original language with subtitles, unlike pretty much ANY broadcast content? Yep, this guy.

4. Also, the design of its search form is pure genius: hey, let's highlight the optional field and make ALL users find their way to the required one by trial and error, and error, and error...Please make all of your content available worldwide.

5. The content is amazing though, the only thing is that the videos don't load and it makes hard to watch.Whenever I open an episode it is a surprise if it actually workes.

6. I am still using the 7 days free trial... But would be very frustrating to pay and not being able to watch.

7. Seriously 2021 and this application working as if it was the very first application ever.... 🙄Many and I do mean many, or the programs are geolocation locked.

8. Even with the internet fully working, the platforms don't totally load the videos and it pauses all the time.

9. It doesn't work, the interface is horrible, most of the times it doesn't connect to the chrome cast.

10. Others inexplicably start midway through the program or end abruptly before the actual end of the program.

11. Keeps buffering even though with super fast Internet, and apparently I am not the only one having this problem.

1. Fix RTVE Play Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RTVE Play: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RTVE Play App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RTVE Play" » Open RTVE Play » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RTVE Play » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RTVE Play app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RTVE Play servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RTVE Play" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RTVE Play app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RTVE Play might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RTVE Play. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RTVE Play then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RTVE Play not working

2. Fix RTVE Play Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RTVE Play be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RTVE Play not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RTVE Play may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
