Moj SBB Customer Insights

1. Fix this asapI cannot register, I cannot login, no hint from app as to why... Pretty useless as isIt's quite slow to load data.Crashed at first use.

2. SBB doesn't have ANY online payment option in general, and through this app you cannot even review your bills.

3. For one year I cannot create SBB account! So I am without HBO GO app because HBO cannot be activated without SBB account .

4. For the tech-support one large 0 (ZERO) ! This would be funny, if I didn't like stupid jokes!Can't even register.

5. Unknown purpose of existing.Login not possible after last app update.

6. Error in registration process, start again - 6 TIMES!!!Practically useless.

7. If the point is just to have an app, then SBB succeed...Supports non of my two smart tv's.

8. Like that's gonna happen if I asked them....!?!? So, really, I have no use from sbb for my smart tv's.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Moj SBB Issues

1. Fix Moj SBB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Moj SBB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Moj SBB App. Here is how:

    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moj SBB » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Moj SBB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moj SBB servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moj SBB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Moj SBB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moj SBB might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Moj SBB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moj SBB then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moj SBB not working
