Won't accept credit card prepaid top ups:(either crashes during initial inputting data, or after inputting details & attempting to proceed to payment it instead defaults to a chat box (with a pre-fixed 'thank you' response by the customer - that cannot be adjusted) ...and then it crashes (again)worst app ever .even can't do recharge using app .if call customer care tells if you can try sometimes it can be work .it's normal problem .idiot serviceToo bad.
2. Why this app needs so many permissions like call log, phone, storage etc just to use features ? I want to recharge but not agree to give unnecessary permissions to gather and use my personal data... worst app dont understand even if losing buisness by using.
3. Not saving login details so I need to enter the mobile number and receive the code every time I loginI recharge 10qr twice and all deducted to advance credit...i advance only 10qr!!!Very bad experience not able to recharge.
4. If you decline to give the permission, the App doesn't work.Bills paid through App are not always successful, still chasing Vodafone customer service to take credit of the bill paid for my landline and fiber services.
5. It's the same issue for the past three months and not fixed .. very bad...Dont know why I have to give this App permission to record video, my phone microphone access, Access to my photos, my contacts and what not.
6. This App is for me to make payment and check the services I am using, why they hell do they want all those permissions.

8. So basically they are restricting the customer from recharging through app, there by avoiding the extra offers provided through the app.
