4. Trying to check your balance for broadband doesn't work, so you can't tell if the data ran out or if there's a network fault, you just have to guess.

The most annoying part is that after all the work of logging, it will take you to the home screen without no validation of your purchase.This app sucks or perhaps Vodafone sucks ...What's all this frequent maintenance and stuff? When you really need to use the app a message will pop up , telling you of a scheduled maintenance.

6. I think there are just too many things on the app but has not been properly structured to make it easy to navigateThe network is very slow especially when you are using the bossu weekend, hence, I don't enjoy enough of what I want to do.

7. I'm down on data and I need to make a purchase of data on the app and I somehow must get data before I can buy on the app.

8. Previously, I was able to buy data bundle.

9. Mind you one cannot be browsing the whole day just to exhaust all the data.

  • Please in my Vodafone app, my name doesn't appear on top the app. On the top there's a place they will greet you "goodmorning Alhassan" instead of goodmorning Abdul- Gaddafi.
    I have sent this issue to Tamale main brach to be solve which they couldn't.
