1. Only thing is I can't add my cards to a deck to keep track of their value easilyI really need an app to save my collection on and this one could have been it, but it only save a single deck.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BigAR DBSuper Issues

1. Fix BigAR DBSuper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BigAR DBSuper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BigAR DBSuper App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BigAR DBSuper" » Open BigAR DBSuper - Card Scanner » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BigAR DBSuper » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BigAR DBSuper - Card Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BigAR DBSuper servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BigAR DBSuper - Card Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BigAR DBSuper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BigAR DBSuper might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BigAR DBSuper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BigAR DBSuper then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BigAR DBSuper not working
