Why should I report an Issue with GardenSnap - Plant Identifier?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of iSnap.info to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. If it were something I was going to use regularly then I then I don't mind paying for it but I'm not spending $30 for something I may use 15-20 times a year.Great app but I'm fixing to uninstall it because you are crazy if you think I'm going to pay monthly or annually or any other way than a one time affordable price maby! Most people in this world do NOT have money to cover necessities much less "Oh, that would be nice" I'm glad you are one of the priviledged few!Why say it's free, then force a subscription to use it? Now I have to watch my credit card just because I LOOKED at this app.

2. I am afraid I will be charged membership but can't cancel it .Best free plant and tree app I have found for Android, especially the record of id's,but I can't figure out the order in which they are listed.Have to pay to use it.

3. I am un-installing the app now, and I absolutely do no recommend it to anyoneHad to give credit card for $29.99 subscription with 3 day free trial.

4. Three free days allowed with unlimited snaps and then it goes into subscription.

5. I feel like that would be an invasion of my privacy, because obviously the plants aren't making any noise! I gave my permission for the app to take pictures and videos, and I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+, so my phone should not be the issue here either.

6. The free trial had so many ad's it's a little hard to navigate.First time gardening and couldn't distinguish wheat from tare.

7. 200 stars if possible.This website seems to be a scam..I want to cancel my subscription but there is no way of doing it.

1. Fix GardenSnap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GardenSnap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GardenSnap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GardenSnap" » Open GardenSnap - Plant Identifier » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GardenSnap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GardenSnap - Plant Identifier app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GardenSnap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GardenSnap - Plant Identifier" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GardenSnap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GardenSnap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GardenSnap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GardenSnap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GardenSnap not working

2. Fix GardenSnap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GardenSnap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GardenSnap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GardenSnap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
