When the app worked it was useful, but no with cold weather and it being useless I am very frustrated by the inability to reset the password/ get into the app once it was installed on a different phone.Works great with the right information, when they sub a bus they don't update the tracking so you have no idea what's going on.

2. Otherwise, it's just a waste of storage space on my phone.For the last 2-3 weeks the app hasn't been accurate.

1. Fix Here Comes the Bus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Here Comes the Bus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Here Comes the Bus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Here Comes the Bus" » Open Here Comes the Bus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Here Comes the Bus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Here Comes the Bus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Here Comes the Bus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Here Comes the Bus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Here Comes the Bus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Here Comes the Bus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Here Comes the Bus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Here Comes the Bus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Here Comes the Bus not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Here Comes the Bus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
