Why should I report an Issue with PicPlus®️ - Photo Editor Pro?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of IdeaLabs. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. With simple editing, adding what was left out of the first pic by taking it out of second pic, you're then able to finish up your pic by combining the two pics into one picture, creating the one you wanted originally!! Special thanks to the developers!!There were so many *moving ads* I couldn't focus on what I was trying to do; plus text input on an existing picture, is completely unintuitive, nor can you figure out how to make it stay in place.

2. Developers, if you want us to buy your paid stuff, the free stuff has to be functional; or we're not motivated to upgrade.I love this app! It makes my pictures look amazing! I love all the different options there are! However, I wish that less things were pro.

3. I don't think that it would be that hard to get the algorithm(s) to speak up when the position of my (background removed) iVery easy to use... less of a pro version; rather, more like having lots of technical work done for you via the easy presets and color editing (i.e. sharpen, hue, brightness, etc) with the "sliding bar scale" so all you have to do is slide it forwards/backwards till you see your image adjusted to how you want it.

4. I would recommend this app to people who only need small edits.😁This is a great app and I would highly recommend it to anyone else!! It is especially for those who need help fixing pictures you can't retake or ones that didn't fit everything you wanted in the first picture so you had to take a second pic too.

5. I can no longer add personalization and that makes the app almost non-functional for my needs.Pretty cool! (I just hate ads with audio... So embarrassing!!) I wish that it would allow me to save images once the background is removed.

6. I do wish that they made the extra stickers and stuff more realistic, because it is very noticeable that it was edited.

7. I loved the glitch effects, and the formatting wasn't the best, but I could always crop it into that stuff.

8. And when scrolled to the bottom of an album, you can't salect the last photo because it's under the bar which shows the photos you've already selected.

9. Items NOT included w free version (or downloadable for free) usually have an icon you can hit to watch an ad to still get that item.

10. Still have much to try, and I'm sure I'll find a glitch...but hey...that's what feedback is for !My overall experience wasn't totally horrible.

11. None of them had this many stickers and special effects to choose from that were free.

1. Fix PicPlus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PicPlus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PicPlus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PicPlus" » Open PicPlus®️ - Photo Editor Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PicPlus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PicPlus®️ - Photo Editor Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PicPlus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PicPlus®️ - Photo Editor Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PicPlus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PicPlus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PicPlus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PicPlus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PicPlus not working

2. Fix PicPlus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PicPlus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PicPlus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PicPlus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
