1. I feel like groping and tapping over the blank white screen hoping that something would pop up like the time slots and booking details.

2. It would be helpful as well if there is an option for notifications to appear on the phone's screen whenever there is a new booking, for us to be prompted in case we have an immediate class.

3. Can we use the old version instead? While your fixing the new one?I wish the app has the shift management so we can close slots if there's an emergency.

4. Just need to enhance the loading time, when we changed the slots from open to close or vice versa.

5. Also, I would suggest that new booked slots should be pop-up on the screen for emphasizing.

6. But every time I click the 'Update Now' button, it redirects to Google Chrome browser and stays there.

7. When I tapped again the back arrow it goes blank in white screen again.

8. This app still has so much to improve on functionality.It is very convenient to use because you can see your future schedules class, but I hope that they will upgrade this app and add more features like giving a alarm if the class is about to start.

9. The app is good, don't get me wrong, but the trouble I had to go through for me to get it? Not worth 5 stars.This upgraded version is a mess.

10. Also it would a great help if us teacher could see the evaluation that the students give us so that we could know our mistakes and correct it so that we could deliver more good and efficient way of teaching.The app is awesome.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix 51Talk Teacher Issues

1. Fix 51Talk Teacher Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart 51Talk Teacher: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the 51Talk Teacher App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "51Talk Teacher" » Open 51Talk Teacher » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 51Talk Teacher » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear 51Talk Teacher app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 51Talk Teacher servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "51Talk Teacher" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check 51Talk Teacher app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 51Talk Teacher might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall 51Talk Teacher. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 51Talk Teacher then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 51Talk Teacher not working

I humbly ask to delete all my data that has been given in your platform as it is stated in GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation (for EU Residents): This gives you the right to ask an organization that holds data about you, to delete that data. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. You can make your request verbally or in writing. We recommend writing via email, to serve as evidence. An organization has one calendar month to respond to your request. Also in CCPA - California Consumer Privacy Act: This empowers California residents to request that a business delete the data/personal information it has on you. The business is legally required to delete the consumer's personal information from its records and direct any service providers to delete the data too. Failure of a business to comply with the CCPA can result in fines of up to $7,500 per violation.
