Acadsoc Teacher Customer Insights

1. Second, I think Acadsoc admins have no knowledge how this app functions, I sometimes cancelled my slots (those slots have no student so I believe it's fine to cancel them) to avoid absences but in the app it doesn't ask you to write any detailed reasons,so I got furious that our Chinese TM gave me a warning letter because I cancelled those slots w/o reasons!!!!??? This is nuts!!Buggy, and it says "network error" although the connection is stable.

2. They should put more features such as CS assistance which is NECESSARY, opening each class to know the lesson or to access directly the class to enter AClassroom just in case there might be problems in our laptop or computer devices.The app used to have minor glitches, but after upgrading, it became easy to use without any more glitch.

3. Now, I can easily view my class schedule, and modify without opening the computer, which is very convenient.I think the app will be helpful for us tutors to easily check our class table however there's still a lot of room for improvement in the app.

4. You can only access your class table and see the date and time of your classes, but you wont be able to view each one of them.

5. It should be more helpful if we can see who are the students for the specific time as well as it's class details and the app that we are going to use for the class.

6. It is not synced to the Website at all.Yes IM is now available and you can check notifications but whenever you click on your new notifications or group chats the app crashes! Please fix that and also please allow us to clock in using the app.

7. Thank youI like how to app has improved in terms of knowing if someone had booked or cancelled the class.

8. Every time I was supposed to talk to my TM thru this app I have no problem for the technical staff and such), it crashes, and closes immediately.

9. But I love the layout of this app, so simple! Its just that, the features are too limited :(Something seems to be wrong with the app.

10. MessagesThese are the things I don't like: you can't see the details of the student like the student's book.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Acadsoc Teacher Issues

1. Fix Acadsoc Teacher Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Acadsoc Teacher: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Acadsoc Teacher App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Acadsoc Teacher" » Open Acadsoc Teacher » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Acadsoc Teacher » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Acadsoc Teacher app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Acadsoc Teacher servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Acadsoc Teacher" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Acadsoc Teacher app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Acadsoc Teacher might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Acadsoc Teacher. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Acadsoc Teacher then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Acadsoc Teacher not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Acadsoc Teacher be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

MY TM YOLANDA BLOCKED ME! What is going on? I HAVE SENT YOU A FEW EMAILS REGARDING TM ISSUE. BUT I GOT NO HELP! WHY IS YOLANDA TREATING ME LIKE THAT? I HAVE NO IDEA AND THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!   • Service Fee Delay!!! Until now i havent received my service fee... I am terminated last night...But no worries ,my concern is release my service fee...or else i will report this company to china government and agencies, i will also report you to DOLE and i will sue you for holding the money that we've worked for!
