1. Fix KoAbacus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart KoAbacus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the KoAbacus App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KoAbacus" » Open KoAbacus - Mental Arithmetic » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KoAbacus » click "UPDATE".
- Clear KoAbacus - Mental Arithmetic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KoAbacus servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KoAbacus - Mental Arithmetic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check KoAbacus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KoAbacus might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall KoAbacus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KoAbacus then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KoAbacus not working
