1. 🥂It is a decent video player in terms of feature and apperance it quitely stands up to mx player, but the main feature i wanted to use is cast to screen feature but don't know what is the issue with that when i connect my android tv and my smartphone to the same wifi network and cast the screen the app crashes... So the only limitation the app is this.. and the best advantage of it is, this app is completely adfree.This player would be spot on, if there was a "start from where media last stopped" feature.

2. Overall a good effort.Working very well for high quality videos but I see one issue, brightness level going default every time I start a to play a new video, does we have option to save the brightness level for all time.This is like VLC or MX player on steroids.

1. Fix Intelli Play Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Intelli Play: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Intelli Play App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Intelli Play" » Open Intelli Play - All Formats vid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Intelli Play » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Intelli Play - All Formats vid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Intelli Play servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Intelli Play - All Formats vid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Intelli Play app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Intelli Play might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Intelli Play. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Intelli Play then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Intelli Play not working

2. Fix Intelli Play Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Intelli Play be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Intelli Play not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Intelli Play may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
