1. Emails default to the developer and guess what? "Unable to attach file" error! YOU CAN NOT SAVE THE RESULTS! I hope you can read and remember raw HEX data because you surely will not be able to save your results! Also if you tap your phone screen while it is scanning, it will cancel the scan.

I'd also suggest it's better to use with a tablet than a phone, but that's just to gain the comfort of more screen real estate to work with.Hands down the most useless thing I've ever downloaded (even more useless than the airhorn app!) My poor car idled for 3.5 hours while this app sent literally every possible PID to the ECU and checked for a response.

1. Fix TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin)" » Open TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TorqueScan (Torque OBD Plugin) not working
