1. No other type of value (speed, rpm, temp, etc) has this issue. This is a great app that works with my Bluetooth obd2 reader.
2. To stop this behavior, you have to reset your phone -- which is annoying if you're in the middle of things.I bought this app for an android phone, but I can't get some of the functions to work.
3. Only problem I've had is since the last update my BiScan predefined pids work on startup and then stop working within about 30 seconds most times.
4. In the 'Test Results' part of the app, the menu button doesn't appear at the top of the screen, so I have no way to access the O2 data graph feature.
5. But after the android update about a year ago, I've had issues with the recorded trip logs.
6. Driving down the highway and didn't notice the dash temperature gauge was climbing but the dial on the app screen started flashing which got my attention.
7. Used to be a great, now it doesn't work.
8. On balance it gets five stars, just, because of the number of OBD features it supports out of the box, but some sort of UI update would be nice.
9. To all the people saying it doesnt work...you have to set it up properly, and for that you need to research and learn some stuff.
10. We have a super cheap OBDII and it works great.
11. This app is wonderful, i have every gauge i ever wanted plus more, i can really monitor my engine every day, and codes pop up instantly when they happen and you know what it is...exactly. Fantastic!!!Excellent generic app.
Torque pro app for iOS won’t find my OBDLink Mx+ it’s bt to my phone but won’t show up when searching for devices when you try to open the app to start
Good Day, I've been using the Torque Pro App & everything seems fine except that it can't read Roll & Pitch even though I have Calibrated the Accelerometer. My OBD2 Scanner talks well with my Honda Accord 2014 ECU, except for the Roll & Pitch.
Please advise what can be done
Not a complaint :-)
Request for Android Torque v 1.12.101
May I please get PID structures to support diesel DPF (DPF regen status, DPF regen type, Normalized trigger for DPF regen, time between DPF regens, distance between DPF regens, etc)
Thanks
Hi, I recently put torque pro on my Android based stereo unit in my car. It keeps freezing, the data PIDs are great but I can’t get it to keep giving data for more than about 45 seconds. It says that I’m getting errors but won’t tell me what errors are there. It says in the app that if there are errors more than zero then the obd2 adapter could be faulty. I’ve used 2 new veepeak readers one is the VP11 (less expensive) and the other is the veepeak BLE+ for appple and android products. The BLE+ did have less errors than the VP11 but still I can seem to figure out how both adapters could be faulty one after the other. I’m trying to get all any any details to try and figure out why this is happening. I’ve also run Dr. Prius with the adapters with no issues. Send help please.
I purchased Torque Pro on my Samsung S20 from the Google Play store.
I just changed to an iPhone.
I would like to transfer my purchase to the iphone app.
If that's not possible,
I would like to transfer it to an adroid app in Blue Stacks running on my Windows 11 pc.
Can you help me??

Hi there, I have the torque pro app and when i go to TorqueScan then to Current Sensors, i can see 215 sensors listed. One of them is Transmission Temperature(Method 1) [fe1805]
Is this sensor accurate for any make and model of vehicle? That is my first question.
My second question is:
There is also Transmission Temperature(Method 2) [b4] but I get no reading for this sensor. Why do I only get reading for the (Method 1)?
Thank you
John

Good day. I'm very disappointed with the Torquepro app. I purchased the ELM 327 because I saw other people use the combination of the ELM 327 and the Torquepro app to check transmission oil temperature on different vehicles. I want to read the transmission fluid temperature on my Toyota RAV4 XLE.
After much research I was finally able to get the Torquepro app to work with the ELM327 Adapter, only to find out that I can't access my transmission temp sensor in the app. I tried to get extra PID but couldn't find any as Toyota was not listed.
Please let me know if and how I can read the temperature of my transmission fluid. Thanks in advance.
