This policy is unfair, and I regret buying the full version.it is fun and colorful, but that's it... readings are not accurate... the torque and HP are way out of charts, I have a cap 144nm car stock with 11 Years old and this one measure more than 200nm :)))... the fuel consumption is about double than real... the speed and RPM's are accurate :)) again, nice colored and beautiful displayed... but the measurements are not accurate.Cannot connect to a Citroen DS4...I tested more than 10 OBD applications, no connection issues...I tried to connect to my ELM327 for 3 days, no succes.

3. A few years ago I used your application on a Mazda 3, 2006, and it was perfect...I enjoyed a lot using it...but this time is a nightmare...Though accurate on my old Seat Leon, Seat Cordoba and Ford Galaxy, the app does not work well with my new Dacia (Renault) Logan.

4. Two years ago I have bought the full (Pro) version because I liked the app very much, and I was happy with it, until the author renamed the full version to Smart Control Premium, which requires a new buy.

1. Restart SmartControl OBD2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SmartControl OBD2 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SmartControl OBD2" » Open SmartControl OBD2: Car Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SmartControl OBD2 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SmartControl OBD2: Car Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SmartControl OBD2 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SmartControl OBD2: Car Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SmartControl OBD2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SmartControl OBD2 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SmartControl OBD2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SmartControl OBD2 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SmartControl OBD2 not working

2. Fix SmartControl OBD2 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SmartControl OBD2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SmartControl OBD2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SmartControl OBD2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
