Fails to install into OpenCPN, does not provide error message, the support forum does not work (broken registration process) and the developer does not answer emails.Plugin doesn't connect to server (error 27) and does not show installed chartsAuto update without permission! 2. Error 27 on an android 7 device.Works perfectly on my Samsung Tab S3 and was very easy (and cheap) to install charts for the whole of the UK & Ireland.

3. As I purchased the Atlantic cards, I would appreciate a bit of help to get this fixed! Thank you 2 years later in 2021 i purchased a new set of charts and i cannot connect to the sever.

4. I cant download anything from o-charts..GoodI installed the plug-in on an old Nexus 7 runing Android 4.4.4 and the plug-in cannot find an internet connection .

1. Fix oeSENC Plugin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart oeSENC Plugin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the oeSENC Plugin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "oeSENC Plugin" » Open oeSENC Plugin for OpenCPN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for oeSENC Plugin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear oeSENC Plugin for OpenCPN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from oeSENC Plugin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "oeSENC Plugin for OpenCPN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check oeSENC Plugin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, oeSENC Plugin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall oeSENC Plugin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall oeSENC Plugin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing oeSENC Plugin not working

2. Fix oeSENC Plugin Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make oeSENC Plugin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to oeSENC Plugin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, oeSENC Plugin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
