It doesn't convert automatically to MMS when the number of characters is exceeded, it creates multiple sms, another good thing.Hey people everything is all here in one place, centralized and localized.Everything is apparent and obvious ,which leaves like zero room for confusion.It links up quickly and responds with the same fervor.I just noticed that there was a request in my SMS Messages, in my inbox page ,and why is that ,well for me, everything has been so in tune that when I downloaded SMS Dual I didn't need to change a setting it was synced up so smoothly.My 1st look at inbox, rate request there how long?💘📆☀️🎃🎄The app is nice.

2. Frustrating!Needs to be update it's not sending text messages it's always saying sending people you send a text too not getting it needs too be fixdark mode has a white bubble and text colour is also white - cant see conversation.. kindly fix it.Clean cut and very functional.

3. When sending to multiple contacts at once it displays individual messages, a good thing.

4. Thinking about changimg my sms app to another one.I love the app other than when it's in all black mode the received bubble is all white and you cannot see the color of the text.

5. The update made the app worse!! I never had ads at the bottom of my messages until the update stated it had "fixed bugs".All was good until.

6. Yet the contacts tell me I was sending multiple messages.

7. And notifications of new messages does not show up on my home screen.

8. Dual sim feature works like a charm.Finally one that I love! ♥️ I wish bubbles and fonts could change.

9. You can't select multiple contacts at once, there are no checkboxes or other system to do this.

10. All my messages failed to send on my end.

11. "Send as group message" should be disabled by default to prevent confidentiality isues.

1. Fix SMS Dual Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SMS Dual: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SMS Dual App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SMS Dual" » Open SMS Dual - Android Messaging App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SMS Dual » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SMS Dual - Android Messaging App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SMS Dual servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SMS Dual - Android Messaging App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SMS Dual app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SMS Dual might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SMS Dual. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SMS Dual then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SMS Dual not working

2. Fix SMS Dual Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SMS Dual be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SMS Dual not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SMS Dual may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
