1. We offer over 1,200 pre-made pages and over 7,000 images in our public libraries, which include twelve pre-made page sets: ChildPreA/B, Child1A/B, Child2, Child Intermediate, PicSpeechmaker, Adult1, Adult2, Speechmaker, Healthcare, and Spanish Child1.

2. Communication pages with text, images, and AT&T Natural Voices speech output can be downloaded directly from the Alexicom AAC server or imported from your computer with a USB cable.

3. Once the pages are on your device, a data connection is no longer required. (Full access to the Alexicom server requires an active Alexicom account, however this app includes 38 demo pages which are accessible immediately.

1. Would be good if there was a help page to assist setting up and customising pages or icons on page in a format to meet dexterity of user.Almost impossible to edit the words! Have to write them in a document then copy and paste into the appThis is a great app for stroke victims and other people who are unable to speak or otherwise communicate verbally with those around them.Does not work.

2. I was looking around for free AAC apps that allows users to be flexible with the pictures, the voice output and to transition into fringe vocab without the hassle of manually changing screens for android and ios.

1. Fix Alexicom AAC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Alexicom AAC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alexicom AAC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alexicom AAC" » Open Alexicom AAC for Android » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alexicom AAC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alexicom AAC for Android app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alexicom AAC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alexicom AAC for Android" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alexicom AAC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alexicom AAC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alexicom AAC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alexicom AAC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alexicom AAC not working

2. Fix Alexicom AAC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alexicom AAC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alexicom AAC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alexicom AAC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
