1. Khan, please enable a 'locked' feature so the kids can't just back up to the home screen and access the full library or navigate backwards to the not-challenging content.I love Khan Academy and their mission of free, quality education.

2. They love it! There is so much variety and I never have to buy a new pack of something or tell my kids they can only play on certain unlocked parts because it's all free! My kids love being able to switch between listening to books, watching videos, and playing games.

3. It seems that most apps for kids 5 and under only include shapes, colors, or letters and numbers, which is nice, but my child has those mastered already, so I was thrilled to see the range of learning topics covered.

1. Fix Khan Academy Kids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Khan Academy Kids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Khan Academy Kids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Khan Academy Kids" » Open Khan Academy Kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Khan Academy Kids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Khan Academy Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Khan Academy Kids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Khan Academy Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Khan Academy Kids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Khan Academy Kids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Khan Academy Kids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Khan Academy Kids then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Khan Academy Kids not working
