Why?!!I like it I don't have time to teach my child mathematics and alphabet but this app do the job.not bad 3 starBest Reading and Writing app for kids, kids can learn faster.It wasn't the best my brother would get bord easy because he is stubrn .But maby went I have kids I will uas this app!Very babyish animation, too cartoonish for teaching a Kindergarten.I cancelled my subscription because it doesn't allow me to pay using family payments plan or pay for it on my kid's tapPurchase app will not work.

2. They give some free samples, its a slow process going from one question to the next.Horrible! Why can't I log into this one like the school-age app? My autistic son does get why I can't buy it on his tablet bc it's managed by Google Family Link!! This is SO frustrating.

1. Fix Kids Academy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kids Academy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kids Academy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kids Academy" » Open Kids Academy: Math & Reading » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kids Academy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kids Academy: Math & Reading app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kids Academy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kids Academy: Math & Reading" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kids Academy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kids Academy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kids Academy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kids Academy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kids Academy not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kids Academy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
