1. It's free education at my own pace! All the people behind this resource are amazing for making it accessible and easy to understand!I absolutely love this app! I want to congratulate and thank the Khan Academy team for making such an amazing and free app.

2. The app goes wide but doesn't cover topics in depth.It's pretty good but.... I wish their was an option to have it read things out loud to the kids, like a little speaker button so it's optional.

3. The lessons are digestible and mostly straight forward, but the speaker tends to not explain certain things (often simple things I admittedly should know.) Sometimes I get frustrated getting questions wrong and ask for hints only to find that I was marked wrong even though I got the answer right verbatim to the hint.

4. And just another thing to add, just because I think i've focused on the negative too much: It is an amazing app besides all these things, and i would definitely recommend it!Mostly good.

9. For the app, I find it somewhat difficult to find and access profile settings but that's probably on me, and I kind of prefer the previous app layout.

1. Fix Khan Academy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Khan Academy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Khan Academy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Khan Academy" » Open Khan Academy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Khan Academy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Khan Academy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Khan Academy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Khan Academy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Khan Academy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Khan Academy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Khan Academy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Khan Academy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Khan Academy not working

2. Fix Khan Academy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Khan Academy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Khan Academy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Khan Academy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
